These terms apply when you use Logis Lingo — the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, the web app and this website — and when you buy a Logis Lingo Pro subscription. By creating an account or buying Pro you accept them.

Logis Lingo is made by ANT-TECH COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Ant-Tech), a company registered in Vietnam under number 0314180642, 48/1B Duong Dinh Hoi Street, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact: contact@ant-tech.eu.
The service
Logis Lingo is a language course for logistics professionals: lessons in English, French, Chinese, Korean and Japanese with dialogues, audio, vocabulary and exercises. Some lessons are free. Logis Lingo Pro opens every lesson of every course, in every language, on every device where you sign in with the same account.
We keep improving the course, so lessons and features may change over time. Speaking exercises never invent a score: where automatic evaluation is not available, the app says so.
Your account
You need an account to save your progress and to use Pro. Give a valid email address, keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Pro is personal: one subscription is for one person and may not be shared or resold. The app is made for working adults; you must be at least 13 years old.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The price is shown before you pay, in the currency of the shop you buy in, and taxes may be added depending on your country.
On our website, the order is processed by Creem (creem.io), our online reseller and Merchant of Record: Creem charges you, sends the receipt and handles taxes, refunds and billing questions for those orders. In the app, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) sells the subscription, and their terms apply to the payment.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime: from the link in your Creem receipt or the customer portal for a website purchase, or in your App Store or Google Play account settings for an in-app purchase. Pro stays open until the end of the period you already paid for. If we change the price, we tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Discount codes
A discount code gives the percentage shown off the first billing period only; the subscription then renews at the regular price. A code can be used once per person, may have a limited number of uses or a validity period, and has no cash value.
Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund policy at logislingo.ant-tech.eu/refund. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Acceptable use
Use Logis Lingo for your own learning. Do not copy, download in bulk, resell or republish the lessons, audio or other content; do not try to get around Pro, access other people's data, or disrupt the service.
Content and ownership
The course, its texts, audio, illustrations and software belong to Ant-Tech or to the people who licensed them to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them in the app while your access lasts. Your progress and saved words remain yours: you can delete your account at any time, as explained in the Privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Logis Lingo available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantee that it will never be interrupted or error-free. Logis Lingo is a learning aid: check important commercial, customs or legal documents with a qualified professional. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Ending your use
You can stop using Logis Lingo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can; if we close an account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of a paid period.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Dịch vụ
Logis Lingo là khoá học ngoại ngữ cho người làm logistics: các bài học tiếng Anh, tiếng Pháp, tiếng Trung, tiếng Hàn và tiếng Nhật với hội thoại, âm thanh, từ vựng và bài tập. Một số bài học miễn phí. Logis Lingo Pro mở mọi bài của mọi khoá, ở mọi ngôn ngữ, trên mọi thiết bị bạn đăng nhập cùng một tài khoản.
Chúng tôi liên tục cải thiện khoá học nên bài học và tính năng có thể thay đổi theo thời gian. Bài tập nói không bao giờ bịa ra điểm số: khi chưa có chấm điểm tự động, ứng dụng sẽ nói rõ.
Tài khoản của bạn
Bạn cần tài khoản để lưu tiến độ và dùng Pro. Hãy dùng email hợp lệ, giữ thông tin đăng nhập riêng tư và báo cho chúng tôi nếu nghi ngờ người khác dùng tài khoản của bạn. Pro là cá nhân: một gói dành cho một người, không được chia sẻ hay bán lại. Ứng dụng dành cho người đi làm; bạn phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên.
Gói đăng ký Pro
Pro được bán theo gói tháng hoặc gói năm. Giá được hiển thị trước khi bạn thanh toán, theo đơn vị tiền tệ của nơi bạn mua, và có thể cộng thêm thuế tùy quốc gia của bạn.
Trên website của chúng tôi, đơn hàng được xử lý bởi Creem (creem.io), đơn vị bán lại trực tuyến và là bên bán chính thức (Merchant of Record): Creem thu tiền, gửi biên lai và xử lý thuế, hoàn tiền và các câu hỏi thanh toán cho các đơn hàng đó. Trong ứng dụng, Apple (App Store) hoặc Google (Google Play) bán gói đăng ký và điều khoản của họ áp dụng cho việc thanh toán.
Gói đăng ký tự động gia hạn vào cuối mỗi kỳ với cùng mức giá cho đến khi bạn hủy. Bạn có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào: qua đường dẫn trong biên lai Creem hoặc cổng khách hàng nếu mua trên website, hoặc trong cài đặt tài khoản App Store hay Google Play nếu mua trong ứng dụng. Pro vẫn mở đến hết kỳ bạn đã trả tiền. Nếu thay đổi giá, chúng tôi sẽ báo trước khi giá mới áp dụng cho lần gia hạn tiếp theo, và bạn có thể hủy trước thời điểm đó.
Mã giảm giá
Mã giảm giá giảm theo phần trăm hiển thị cho kỳ thanh toán đầu tiên; sau đó gói đăng ký gia hạn với giá thông thường. Mỗi người chỉ dùng một mã một lần; mã có thể giới hạn số lượt dùng hoặc thời hạn, và không quy đổi thành tiền.
Hoàn tiền
Việc hoàn tiền được mô tả trong Chính sách hoàn tiền tại logislingo.ant-tech.eu/refund. Giao dịch mua trên App Store hoặc Google Play được Apple hoặc Google hoàn tiền theo quy định riêng của họ.
Sử dụng hợp lệ
Hãy dùng Logis Lingo cho việc học của chính bạn. Không sao chép, tải hàng loạt, bán lại hay đăng lại bài học, âm thanh hoặc nội dung khác; không tìm cách vượt qua Pro, truy cập dữ liệu của người khác hay làm gián đoạn dịch vụ.
Nội dung và quyền sở hữu
Khoá học, văn bản, âm thanh, hình minh hoạ và phần mềm thuộc về Ant-Tech hoặc những bên đã cấp phép cho chúng tôi. Gói đăng ký cho bạn quyền cá nhân, không chuyển nhượng, để dùng chúng trong ứng dụng trong thời gian bạn có quyền truy cập. Tiến độ và từ đã lưu vẫn là của bạn: bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào như mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.
Tính sẵn sàng và trách nhiệm
Chúng tôi cố gắng để Logis Lingo luôn hoạt động và chính xác, nhưng dịch vụ được cung cấp theo hiện trạng, không bảo đảm sẽ không bao giờ gián đoạn hay không có lỗi. Logis Lingo là công cụ hỗ trợ học tập: hãy kiểm tra các chứng từ thương mại, hải quan hoặc pháp lý quan trọng với chuyên gia. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi cho mọi khiếu nại giới hạn ở số tiền bạn đã trả cho Pro trong 12 tháng trước khiếu nại. Không điều gì trong các điều khoản này hạn chế quyền của bạn với tư cách người tiêu dùng theo pháp luật nước bạn.
Ngừng sử dụng
Bạn có thể ngừng dùng Logis Lingo và xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào. Chúng tôi có thể tạm khoá hoặc đóng tài khoản vi phạm các điều khoản này, và sẽ cho bạn biết lý do khi có thể; nếu chúng tôi đóng tài khoản mà bạn không vi phạm, chúng tôi hoàn lại phần chưa dùng của kỳ đã thanh toán.
Thay đổi và luật áp dụng
Nếu các điều khoản này thay đổi theo cách quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ báo trước khi thay đổi có hiệu lực. Các điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam, không ảnh hưởng đến các quyền bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc tại quốc gia bạn sinh sống.

Certaines leçons sont gratuites. Logis Lingo Pro ouvre toutes les leçons de tous les cours, dans toutes les langues, sur tous les appareils où vous vous connectez avec le même compte.
Nous améliorons le cours en continu : les leçons et les fonctionnalités peuvent évoluer. Les exercices d'expression orale n'inventent jamais de note : quand l'évaluation automatique n'est pas disponible, l'app le dit.
Votre compte
Un compte est nécessaire pour enregistrer votre progression et utiliser Pro. Indiquez une adresse e-mail valide, gardez vos identifiants pour vous et prévenez-nous si vous pensez que quelqu'un d'autre utilise votre compte. Pro est personnel : un abonnement correspond à une personne et ne peut être ni partagé ni revendu. L'app s'adresse aux adultes en activité ; vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans.
Abonnements Pro
Pro est vendu en abonnement mensuel ou annuel. Le prix est affiché avant le paiement, dans la devise de la boutique où vous achetez, et des taxes peuvent s'ajouter selon votre pays.
Sur notre site, la commande est traitée par Creem (creem.io), notre revendeur en ligne et Merchant of Record : Creem vous facture, envoie le reçu et gère les taxes, les remboursements et les questions de facturation de ces commandes. Dans l'app, Apple (App Store) ou Google (Google Play) vend l'abonnement et leurs conditions s'appliquent au paiement.
L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement à la fin de chaque période au même prix jusqu'à sa résiliation. Vous pouvez résilier à tout moment : depuis le lien de votre reçu Creem ou le portail client pour un achat sur le site, ou dans les réglages de votre compte App Store ou Google Play pour un achat dans l'app. Pro reste ouvert jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée. Si nous changeons le prix, nous vous prévenons avant qu'il s'applique à votre prochain renouvellement, et vous pouvez résilier d'ici là.
Codes de réduction
Un code de réduction donne le pourcentage indiqué sur la première période de facturation seulement ; l'abonnement se renouvelle ensuite au prix normal. Un code s'utilise une fois par personne, peut avoir un nombre d'utilisations ou une durée de validité limités, et n'a aucune valeur monétaire.
Remboursements
Les remboursements sont décrits dans notre Politique de remboursement sur logislingo.ant-tech.eu/refund. Les achats faits sur l'App Store ou Google Play sont remboursés par Apple ou Google selon leurs propres règles.
Usage autorisé
Utilisez Logis Lingo pour votre propre apprentissage. Ne copiez pas, ne téléchargez pas en masse, ne revendez pas et ne republiez pas les leçons, l'audio ou les autres contenus ; n'essayez pas de contourner Pro, d'accéder aux données d'autres personnes ou de perturber le service.
Contenus et propriété
Le cours, ses textes, son audio, ses illustrations et le logiciel appartiennent à Ant-Tech ou aux personnes qui nous les ont concédés sous licence. Votre abonnement vous donne un droit personnel et non transférable de les utiliser dans l'app tant que votre accès dure. Votre progression et vos mots enregistrés restent à vous : vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment, comme l'explique la Politique de confidentialité.
Disponibilité et responsabilité
Nous faisons en sorte que Logis Lingo soit disponible et exact, mais il est fourni tel quel, sans garantie qu'il ne sera jamais interrompu ni exempt d'erreurs. Logis Lingo est une aide à l'apprentissage : faites vérifier vos documents commerciaux, douaniers ou juridiques importants par un professionnel qualifié. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, notre responsabilité totale pour toute réclamation est limitée au montant que vous avez payé pour Pro dans les 12 mois précédant la réclamation. Rien dans ces conditions ne limite les droits que vous accorde la loi de votre pays en tant que consommateur.
Fin de l'utilisation
Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser Logis Lingo et supprimer votre compte à tout moment. Nous pouvons suspendre ou fermer un compte qui enfreint ces conditions, en vous expliquant pourquoi quand c'est possible ; si nous fermons un compte sans manquement de votre part, nous remboursons la partie non utilisée de la période payée.
Modifications et droit applicable
Si ces conditions changent de façon importante, nous vous prévenons avant que le changement prenne effet. Ces conditions sont régies par le droit vietnamien, sans préjudice des protections impératives des consommateurs du pays où vous vivez.
